That's right. I spent most of this week looking at the game and asking "What actually needs doing?" The answer was "Not much." Not to deliver on my promises of 0.44. So here it is, Elizabeth almost completely polished up, full date for Angel and Jillian, and the beginnings of the best testing feature ever. There's really not a lot to say this week. I didn't get too much done as I was busy with another project that needed my attention. So anyway, here's the link:

And now for 0.45 I am slating finalisation as the finishing of Karen's plot, an the addition of fucking Alison and/or Lucy. Once that's done, 0.45 will be released, and we can move on to the glorious remaining two plot.

Found two minor bugs/mistakes:
-the challenge Elizabeth option doesn't disapear;
-the conclusion of the Angel/Jillian date says that Jillian didn't come even if the dominate option is chosen.
I also stumbled on a different post Stacy fight scene, because I forgot to ask Angel about dating Jillian. I didn' even realize that was optional...
What's this about a testing feature?

You'd be amazed how much is optional. Thanks for those spots, I'll fix em up tomorrow when I get back to work. Testing feature will just let you skip a week or two of content with a vague bandage solution in case you don't want to rape Karen again. (Not sure why you ever wouldn't want that. Some people are weird like that.)
DeleteHi. I´ve found your game in LOK forum, and been trying it since Monday. I liked the story and so, but I think the Jessica´s figure should follow her status: shirtless, steipped, blushing, and so. The same could be happen to the other girls. Anyway, in version 0.1 when examine Sasha, it used to shown a figure of her, but other versions does not. This feature is good, why did you disable it ? Is it only during the game development or you though it is not good?

I agree, I loved the pictures, but The Guy I had doing them for me needed very specific instruction, and then shortly after agreeing to help realized he could do commissions. So basically every picture I got off him would set me back $10. Since I'm not making any money off Shield High, nor do I have an income to speak of, throwing that much money at the game was simply impractical. I removed Sasha's picture since it was the only one I had, and I didn't want to leave her as the only girl who got a picture.

hello i have this problem i try to play the rag but it tell me the file is unreadable
ReplyDeleteSome people have had this problem before. I honestly have no idea if it's fixable. All I can suggest is trying another version, as you won't be missing much. If there's still a problem then it's probably on RAGS end, and thus there's nothing I can do about it. Sorry :\
